Browne's Beach N'Pad

Browne’s Beach N’Pad is a charming home in the desireable northwest area of Lincoln City. This two story home has three bedrooms and two and a half baths and can easily accommodate as many as 8 guests. Browne’s Beach offers a small peek of the ocean and beach access is a short and comfortable stroll just a few blocks away. Offering an unlimited hot water system, everyone can clean off the sand without worry. The newly remodeled kitchen has every dish, pan and appliance you need to prepare and serve a nice family dinner or holiday feast. The dining table looks out on a beautifully landscaped yard and fenced in patio. Theres a flat screen TV to watch your favorite show while you grab a snack or cook up that family dinner in the kitchen. The living room is nicely furnished with a leather sofa, comfy oversized chairs and a gas fireplace to warm your toes on those cool nights while you relive the day's adventures. There is also a main floor laundry room and a bedroom with a queen bed and a half bath.

Upstairs is the master suite with a King size sleigh bed and a mattress so comfortable that you may have trouble getting yourself out of bed. There is a window with a leather chair and ottoman to sit and relax while you read a good book and a 42 inch flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player. The adjoining bath has a tub and shower combination with great water pressure to help work out those kinks from your long walk on the beach. The guest bedroom has a queen bed there is a hall bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Thoughtfully provided books and games are stocked up for those rainy afternoons. Catch a glimpse of the mighty Pacific Ocean from the spacious media gathering room. Catch a Seahawks game on the 60” flat screen which also comes with a DVD player, so bring your favorite movies with you or rent them from the local Red Boxes in town. The sofa sleeper is located in this room and can be used by the kids who will most likely be up all night watching the TV. There is even a 9 foot sand shuffle board game out back where you’ll find patio chairs and a picnic table
